Properly learning to take strikes is as much a part of good self-defense and martial arts training as learning to punch and kick. In all the years I've spent in the martial arts however, I had never run across a good system of drills and exercises to take students step by step in as safe as possible manner, through the process of learning to take punches and kicks and increase the martial art student's confidence and reflexes in order to counter-attack even if the student has been injured.

Guess they don't call me a????The Drill Mana???? for nothing. By utilizing my background in Methods of Teaching Physical Education, Adaptive Physical Education, coaching, and over 30 years of martial arts. I developed a method of teaching students, either one on one or in groups, how to take punches and kicks AND develop a reflex to hit back even if your students are hurt.

This method will even help to PREVENT accidental INJURIES.

These video clips contain my entire method of training students to take strikes from the beginning of non-striking drills all the way to developing a reflex of counter-attacking EVEN WHEN THE STUDENT IS HURT.

It's not pretty and not meant to be. In fact, I really don't want the people attracted to buying things off TV because they're flashy to buy these clips. I want people interested in martial arts and self-defense to get these clips. I want the people who order my method of learning to take strikes better to see my shirt with the dirty foot print in it to know I took this clip while I was training with some serious people.

This can be used for the individual training on his/her own or an instructor with a large class.
